1. I wonder if by the “Swarm Rules”, Deasy meant the Mob rules on page 250 of the DMG, the rules you use to reduce the amount of dice rolled or where one side has no chance of hitting the other.in an encounter. Such as if you need a 13+ for instance to hit a foe you can group three enemies together and you just say that 1 of those 3 hit, you roll damage for each and take the highest one.
